mattus123
Hey guys, so now that im finally on holidays i want to take a serious stab at productionive been fiddling around with ableton for a bit, but still can't quite get my head around itmy question is, do you think the tutorials from www.sonicacademy.com would be worth the purchase. I wouldnt buy them all, maybe only 1 or 2 to get me started, as i dont want to buy them all, and develop a style that is purely the same as theirs.. wanna create my own the ones i was looking at in particular are: http://www.sonicacademy.com/Training+Vi ... lo.cid3930http://www.sonicacademy.com/Training+Vi ... -8.cid3860http://www.sonicacademy.com/Training+Vi ... nd.cid2080but yea, do you think it would be worth it? russell
To be honest you can probably just use the free ableton videos on youtube. Look up ableton cook book.. http://www.anthonyarroyodotcom.com/theabletoncookbook/follow ableton on facebook as they put up video with tips and tricks too.But mostly just play around. Remember, it's non-destructive so don't be afraid to experiment and find out what certain things do.

Tomy
they are alright. i haven't bought from sonic before but I've got a few from http://www.groove3.com which are alright. i think they are decent for beginners if you dont mind spending the cash. but Russell is pretty spot on can probably find most of it on youtube these days.
