SONG QUESTION

Story goes like this mate started making a song and was using clips from a vengeance pack and I said that songs like that Beltek - Party voice song (he had never heard it). As far as he and I both know the vengeance packs are royalty free right, coz beltek would of used the same sound/sounds? He just doesn't wanna put out a song that songs very similar to another one and get bantered for it.

your friends track is good. but Beltek's is much better. mainly prodiction wise though. sound just has more bass, more clear sounds, more everything really. if it were a race to a finish line. Beltek would win

Im sure the sample is from another dance track anyway that both songs use, i think it would be fine.

This the reason you shouldn't just stick a sample straight into a track. Samples are good as the basis of something but should only be used as such. Slice them up, re-arrange them, alter the sound of them, anything to make them unique.
