Vocal mixing / processing plugins

Does anyone know of any half decent vocal plugins that are possibly free? I can't really afford to go out and buy atura (or whatever it's called).

Does Logic have one that I don't know about?

Are you after an auto tuner t-pain style or just to get like that cool echo and filling sound? alot of the some simple reverb can help man, use something like a long hall reverb to get a slight echo, tune it to higher end freqs and it sounds better
