Dub delay/Tape delay VST's

Can anyone recommend a good dub delay unit for ableton on a Mac?

I think TAL audio has one. It's free also. Google it and have a hunt. On my phone at the moment otherwise I'd link

^ I've actually tried the TAL dub-2 vst however it doesn't display any interface when I load it onto a a channel in ableton.

any clues as to why that happens?

sounds like the skin file is missing?

i've heard good things about the TAL delay also.

try a full delete and re-install maybe?

tried that a couple of times. same issue every time.

it's a pain as I really like the sound of that delay unit....

those german vst's won't work on my mac. they download as .dll files.

with everything on the site being in German it doesn't help much.

have found this though. Gonna purchase it tonight i reckon. Audio Damage's Dubstation.

arrrr dang, thats a shame. google translates the site for me, but its still dodgy.

got that dubstation along with a few other of their VST's.

Only had a quick play around with the dubstation last night and it's sounding pretty sweet. exactly what I was looking for. Day off tomorrow to get stuck into some serious production tings.
