Gandy
if its true the 2000 upgrade so quick doesnt surprise me, every other person i know with 2000s has had issues with them
MelodyIlliterate
what kinda issues Gandy? thought they were bullet proof?
GREMM1S
Crazy, flooding it with too many models now. Shouldve done 2000 and 850 only, with the djm 900 and
mattus123
i hope this isnt truei agree with the above statements, they're flooding the marketim surprised the 2000 is being discontinued so soon though, it sonly been out for liek a year or so hasnt it? MelodyIlliterate
Flooding ?They removed a CDj and they added a CDj.makes sense if the 2000 is flawed like handy said

Gandy
LOL, might of over exaggerated but out of the 3 people i know who owned them they all had jog wheel issues with it not being accurate and "slipping" out of beat
Jaz
I've used 4 cdj 2000's, my 1 and 3 club cdj's, only problem with Any of them was a nearly dead cue button but that's hardly the players fault, they are definitely build tough in my opinion anyway
russell
I don't really see the problem here... They're stopping manufacture of an older version to produce a newer version. Electronic manufacturers do this all the time with EVERYTHING.... mobile phones, TV's, Stereo systems etc.... They would be flooding the market if they continued to produce these older version but the key word are discontinued and replaced
tubby
it's the pace of change that gets people. perfectly good gear is now considered obsolete, and worth a fraction of what you paidif you try to upgrade. how long was it from djm500-djm600? and then it was many years to the 800, they indtroduced models that did not directly compete in that time (707, 3000). Jaz
it can also be a good thing, now cdj 2000's will be cheaper to buy....unless people up the price because they aren't manufactured anymore like they did with the 1000'seither way i got my 2000 for $800 brand new so im always gonna make a profit on it if i sell it haha
tubby
but is it the even rarer albino version?
Jaz
they were already limited for certain artists/clubs by pioneer so they are rare already lol
OxyKon
its gonna be interesting to see what the newer 1's will look like, but clubs arnt gonna upgrade again any time soon, 2000's are the industry standard
