how the hell do i convert these to .avi on mac.

i've tried googling and the only stuff i get back doesn't work or is expensive i've tried some apps from the app store with no luck also. do anyone know of a program that actually works?

ah right, well have you tried that iSquint that Spitfire mentioned?
yeah gave that a shot it couldn't convert the file and when it did i got 2sec's of footage.

your probably right here will have to do this i think

i use mpeg streamclip it costs to get the lisence for it but i convert all my serato video files in it and it works awesome!

shall check it out. if it's not too $$

yeah for $34 bucks i dont think so. i'd rather just delete the videos and download in correct file type.

I'm sure you could probably search for a cheaper version of that cable....

When I was looking for an HDMI cable, JB HIFI was selling them for over $100. Went to Jaycar, and got a 3m one for $15.

Don't know if you have them in Brisbane, but they have everything. They are always cheap too.

yeah we have jaycar. its just the effort involved thats stopping me really lol. why cant i just get a simple program to convert them to avi. honestly i cant be the only one in the world that wants it. maybe there is a converter on PC?
