yeah he was pretty blown away by us spinning up the vinyl, not to mention the drops we did

im still waiting for the studio to send me a link for where i can get our set from, i have a pre recorded 1 from the day before but its not as good as what we did yesterday (i had a couple bad drops not to mention i cut the 2nd last track out)

what would y'all prefer, the 1 we did the day before, or the actual live set?? it could take some time to get the live 1

yeah it is jaz, the only problem is only 1 person can be at the decks at once, there is absolutely no room to move around each other lol, but the sound quality is so farkin DOPE *tunez*

got a question for you, its not doing it on your 2000's or mine, but the 2000's at the club last night the light ring around the platter glows red instead of blue/white when that player is outputting music threw a channel

for instance if i have both decks play but the left decks volume fader is up it will be glowing red but the right deck with its volume fader down will be normal white/blue...i found it very very helpfull when drunk because you know the red deck is the 1 puting the audio out so you dont accidentally pick the wrong player n hit the cue button or some shit

any idea how to get this working?

man ive heard of that happenin but wouldnt have the slightest clew, i think ill dig out the instruction manual and have a read, will keep u posted

if anybody else knows how to do this hit us up :)

Must be something to do with having the control leads hooked up that you get with the players.

There is no way it can send that info through the red/white cables, so try hooking the control leads up. They enable the fader start to be used, and it may just make that work as well. However it may also require the 900 mixer, not sure.

And yer, seeing a proper vinyl set was dope, I'd never seen anyone mix real vinyl before so that was real cool to watch.

i have no idea, but they have done it for ages and its so helpful...you know those moment where your about to hit the wrong cue button then u realise and your like thank fuck! i dont even have those moment because of this awesome bright red light saying dont u dare fuckin touch me WHALE

ive seen them red before ive used them, and i use USB he uses recordbox and CD's and it doesnt matter what u use the red still works, looks great 2

I just had a google.

You need a DJM 900 or 2000 to make it work, and the cdjs along with the mixer all need to be hooked up with Ethernet Cables, then enable 'on air' in the cdj settings to make it work. That's why only the djm 900/2000's make it work, as they are the only two mixers with the ethernet connection on the back
