SourceRaver Posted December 22, 2011 Posted December 22, 2011 So my Behringer FBQ100 Feedback Destroyer starts to produce a weird clicking noise and no matter what I do I can’t fix it. It’s still under a year old so I think I’ll try and claim a repair under warrantee.I find a warrantee claim form online, fill it out and send it off.A couple of days later I get a response asking to post the unit to an electrician for inspection and/or repair. The guy doing the inspection is easily the best in Perth (Grant Etterick – EAV in Morley).Grant gets back to me after a few weeks (he does such good work he has a constant backlog of repairs) and says he can’t fix it.I call the distributer in Australia and they organise to courier a brand new unit out to me within a few days. Strangely enough, they also organise a separate courier to collect the old unit?Did I mention the thing only cost me $160 to buy in the first place! I’m very impressed with the way things happened and will be happy to buy Behringer products in the future. Even if they just last for their warrantee period, its still bloody good value for money.
