Mitch Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 My first club gig is this weekend, so thought i'd record a 30 min mix to warm up for the weekend. Couple of questions i ask:1 - do you think this mixing is up to scratch if i can replicate this level of mixing on the weekend.2 - is it 'cheesy' enough. It's as mainstream a club as you will get, so don't want to drop too many songs people might not know. But then again they complain about them playing Party Rock 3 times in one night so i want to mix the tracklist up a bit from the usual, trying to find that balance. Do you think this is a decent enough blend between cheese and a couple of tracks that aren't as 'cheesy'.Cheers guys http://soundcloud.com/mitch_fudd/club-warm-up-mix-dec-7-2011Tracklist:1: We Will Rock You - Cherry Coke Remix - Queen2: Seek Bromance - Porter Robinson Remix - Tim Berg3: Change Your Heart (Bombs Away Remix) - Shave4: Lick It (DJ Icey Remix) - Kaskade & Skrillex5: The Nosebleed Section (Dylan Sanders and Brad Lee Rewind) - Hilltop Hoods6: Believe It - Club Mix - Spencer & Hill, Nadia Ali7: 1, 2 Step (Shameless Remix) - Ciara8: Happy Feet - Tonic, Audiobot9: Sundown - Club Mix - Chris Lake10: Big Bad Wolf (Original Mix) - Duck Sauce11: Horny (Original) - Tenzin, Timmy Trumpet Quote

Addi Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Super late reply, but nice tracklist man! For me there is a good mix of cheese and other tunes, enough to keep people on the dancefloor to listen to the songs they know but bust out to the others too. Good shit! Quote
