Lurk6r
Morning,Before anybody points me to Google, I've already searched and I mostly find answers on industrial lasers and not that much on entertainment ones.Couple days ago I purchased a laser from dj city. Specifically this one http://www.djcity.com.au/products/hemer ... _2177.htmlAt their store they have all their lasers setup so that their pointing towards the dance floor aka where the crowd would be and they said that that fine. However on the net the general consensus is that lasers should always be aimed towards the roof/back and the beams stay above the crowd at all times.Does anybody here have any knowledge or experience regarding the proper setup of lasers?Thank you in advance. awesome88
We have a big double laser that we put in our back room for parties, usually we put it so it makes patterns on the wall because it's too bright to point it at people, but only because it was annoying to have it in our face lolwe haven't burnt anyones eyes out....yet... awesome88
Depends, sometimes we put it on bookshelves, sometimes we turn it upside down so the handle angles it up and put it on the floor so it's pointing against the wall.it's a dodgy asian ebay one too, and we haven't had any trouble with it. It does a good job, sometimes the laser is too bright hahaMy gf bought me the laser and a smoke machine and they turned out to both be stage/club sized ones lol
