pioneer ddj t1 problem

hey guys,

got a question for anyone else out there with a ddj t1

are the volume faders really bad, as in you cant really hear the second song coming into the mix until its nearly to the top.

or is this just a traktor thing?

is there a massive spike in volume when you increase the volume with no other track playing?

just did a intro thread now.

the volume dosnt spike its just really faint until the fader is almost at the top.

pretty annoying.

Dont think its anything to do with Traktor mate.

Have you got your levels on the track your bringing in at the same volume as the track already playing? Keep in mind that you probably wont be able to notice the song your bringing in until the volume fader is about 1/4 between half and full. I would just recommend keeping an eye on your levels to make sure both "track a" and "track b" are at the same volume when mixing.
