Remix, Stems, etc etc

Howdy all

I was recently introduced to remix comps, but I was wondering what other ways there are to get stems? I was told a long long time ago that you could email artists and they are usually happy to send you stems? Just for odd songs or older ones etc I can't find any comps or places to get the files I neeedz.

How do all the producers get there hands on these epic remixs??

You can find them on beatport but otherways are usually if you're following an artist, they may put up a file for a comp. Usually you'll have to subscribe to random newsletters n crap like that before you get the stems.

sources are beatport.

Remix comps

Ask them for stems.

And if your a good enough producer, a label will contact you and give you the stems to remix for their label..

google always yields some decent results
