Gandy
i think you'll find asking where to pirate music/download music illegally is frowned upon or against the forums rules, especially since we have so many original artists on these boards..... if you feel me

Djdownload has some good stuff, as does junodownload.I also have djcity subscription get alot of stuff from that. And there is heaps of free downloads on soundcloud that artists put up so check that out
Gandy
^ spot on once again, for me it's beatport, if I run into region restriction issues I buy it from iTunesWww.dancemusichub.com has like a pseudo commercial genre that I also look to from time to time if I need some top40 that I can't find on beatport/iTunes
mattus123
just hit up something like beatporttracks only cost like $2 which is NOTHINGit also means that instead of mass downloding (and gettin like 90% shit) you only download the good stuffid rather a small collection of awesome tracks, than a big collection half filled with unuseable shit
SolDios
Im a big beatport fan as you can just buy things as you go out your paypal. No need for those $20 top up cards.
