Then a week later i went back into that ableton files on my MacBook (ofcourse) and i wanting to use the same sounds and i accidentally saved what i had done on my old track that i wanted to keep separate. ChevChelios Posted September 12, 2011 Share Posted September 12, 2011 Bummer man, unfortunately Live doesn't save periodic back ups (pro-tools does ) So unless bounced all your tracks to separate audio tracks, you can get it back. Mitch Posted September 14, 2011 Share Posted September 14, 2011 if time machine is on automatic, it backs up every hour, but obviously only if the external hdd you backup to is plugged in.
