It's a bit different to what I usually do so its not perfect. As yet it is not eq'd, compressed, mixed or anything just the raw track.

To me it seems to be lacking energy in the chorus, anyone have any tips to improve on this.

sort of my style i can see what you are going for, and yeah i understand what you mean about lacking energy in the chorus. not huge in the prduction at the moment so can't really give any advice but it is good track.

yea nice. i love strings

the beat and strings sound like they cancel each other out a bit though

Um do you mean the sidechain compression, that is by choice. It creates a nice pumping feel.

ok i had another listen

maybe it's my audio range my ears have but it pumps too much for me

i like the middle part most where the drum bumps are a bit more snarey

still love the strings. pumping through to the end
