Tomy
what sort of mixer do you have? might be handy to do it through effects send & recive rather than through the main signal....
Genetic
i've got a djm 700 so already i'm not going to get anymore effects than i've already got, i will however have the ability to select exactly which frequency my effects affect and i'll have a 3 band isolator for eq
tubby
can you borrow one first? I found even when I did, getting levels right on the send/return was so annoying on my old djm3000, I stuck to the on board effects most of the time.though I would like a nice isolator

Genetic
ok i'd forgotten about this thread, i ended up getting one off ebay for just under 400 including postage, i've had a fair bit of a play with it using it live, have to get send/return cables either made or diy before i can use it to it's full potential i guess.i'm glad i got this at the price i did, eventually down the line i'm getting a djm1000 and when i do i'll look at getting efx1000's but for now i'm happy with what i've got
