Just had a dubstep moment.... when was yours?

so i had been meaning to get into dubstep for awhile now, i just couldnt really see what all the fuss was about, the music is ok, i didnt see how this wobble was so "amazing..."

untill i loaded a dubstep mix into my car this morning on teh way to work....... all i can say is WHAT DA FUCK!!!!!!

my car has a $4000 sound system, 800w rms amp with 2 focal 33WX2's (utopia subs which are almost the best you can get for SQ) with 2 pairs of JL audio c5's running off 200w RMS...

i now understand the wobble..... this was amazing, i have never heard my speakers do that before... it really got to me, seriously i dont think i can listen to normal music anymore, i am absolutley addicted to it now... i want to learn how to re-produce it....

dont even remeber what song ti was... it was a substep mix from one of the guys here on ADJF, i think the first song was i remember?

what i am asking is, when was your dubstep moment

I had this late last year, one friend who was a metal fan, ( he was never into electronic music before) was starting to listen to abit and couldn't see what the fuss was about, till I listened to it more and one day at home bam!

About 3 years ago when I was playing breaks I met a few dubstep djs and they were talking me I to it. I didn't want to at first so I blended dub and breaks but then it all turned dub soon after. I miss playing breaks

4 years ago, was introduced to it on the way to the snow, also in a car with nice speakers, more or less love at first listen, twas all about the sub. I owe the last 4 years to these two tunes.
