Mitch
i made a playlist before i started with the tracks, and used the browse dial and load button. So just rotated the browse dial down one and loaded the next track like so. and thanks, just fixed my post
pundaddy
6 minutes + for the opening song isnt on man, try and have it done and dusted into your second song atleast after around 3 minutes.
fackedd
pretty good man for first attempt, like pun mentioned theres more advanced mixtape shit you need to work on but in terms of first mix it's beatmatched as far as I can tell (on laptop speakers lol) which is the most important for your first one.edit: oh and the vocal clash with cry just just a little and save the world on the last transition needs to be fixed up. Mitch
thanks for both your comments guys. As you can probably tell, wasn't trying to do anything special just trying to beatmatch intros/outros to get some basic technique down, but i now know for next time where i can improve cheers
pundaddy
You've got all the basics down man, beatmatching was good, theres just plenty of things you pick up on over time and keep working on.
CapFive
6 minutes + for the opening song isnt on man, try and have it done and dusted into your second song atleast after around 3 minutes. This is what I used to be notorious for, I know its hard because you want to wait for the song to die down before the mix is done, but try to find a song with a nice break in the middle, like in your first track, 3:30 would have been perfect for a transition, you'll get the man, good effort though, your beatmatching is good! Mitch
yer it does make sense, learning to mix out earlier keeps it flowing better otherwise can get a bit boring for a mixtape i guess. its something to work on anyway. suppose good song choice comes into it as well then. fackedd
track knowledge and choice is 1/2 the battle. If you don't know your tunes you're fucked.
