Tomy
Massive is sweet and pretty much a go to synth for a lot of people. Yes i know its a pretty old synth now but its still a sought after soft synth. The Bad- The presets. Yes they are decent. but soooooo overused in a lot of dance music. if you can steer well clear of the presets, or use the presets as a basis for your own patch- digital sound. the sounds is pretty good but some time can be a bit digitaly sounding. The Good- Pretty good work flow and set out. - More knobs and tweaky things then you'll ever need. - Wave types. its got some crazy shit in there. way more than you'll ever need.- people are still using it and recommending it after this many years. Overall pretty good synth and a pretty good place for beginners to start out. it can get pretty involved and i've had many late nights tweaking for hours. Once you get the hang of the synth it does come in handy a lot of the time. I even use it as my quick go to synth if i'm getting creative. overall rating 9/
yizzle
I never brought MASSIVE, just d/l the trial version.I looked into NI MASSIVE for purchase about a year ago. they want $110 USD, thats $110.62 AUD for it (atm). Really?screw that, so far the only reason you would have to buy MASSIVE is so you can save some presets and have it not cut out after 35 mins. no thanks!agreed the presets are also banal. MASSIVE... 3/10[edit]: that 62c is worth more than its worth
LabRat
Massive is so user friendly in building your own patches. That's a standout compared to others

LabRat
for the sound that comes out of massive and only paying that much is ridiculous! its such a powerful toolsome of the factory presets arent the greatest but its the creativity of making your own patches where massive really stands out
