Vocal samples onto Reason 4

Hey guys, tryed to figure this out myself but gave up and decided to ask for help.

I have pretty much just started producing and im not sure how to add a vocal sample into the mix? Can some one please clear this up for me.

Have looked at WAV to MIDI converters to see if that was the way but, from what i read it doesnt really do the trick.
