Genetic Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 i'd settle for 800's if i couldn't get 1000's... wait i already did that Quote
Tomy Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 i got one on finance... then after that decided that the interest was bullshit so bought the other one from JB-hi-fi for $1500..... cant get that price at the moment though... prices are crazy atm. Quote
Genetic Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 yeah when i bought my 800's was before the price drop i paid 2000 for the pair... i was spewin when the price dropped 10 weeks later, and i could've got 2 1000's for that but now with the price hike i feel happy in knowing i paid that much for them Quote
Skank Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 haha every time i get the money for them i blow it ie 50 inch plasma lol i just gotta save more Quote
Matty Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 I have to be honest with you guys, i think that pioneer are bloody good..... at marketing thier products, i say this because i have taken apart a cdj1000 and seen whats under the platter. It is definately overpriced and i question the quality of it at times. I know you are all going to hound me after leaving this comment because you all either use these or want these, but i think that on a forum everyone is given equal opportunity to comment. I respect you who do use these but i just want to inform people that thier are other decks in my opinion that are just as impressive if not better for a cheaper price tag! Quote
CBG Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 1000's are overpriced and not much better than the 800s. 800s FTW. or a subsitute by another brand for cheaper. Quote
Matty Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 Im using citronic MPCD-S6's and they are amazing, i would take them over the 1000's any day of the week!!!!!!!! I STRONGLY RECOMEND! Quote
