myspace is all about outsourceing, and spending the man hours putting yourself out there, kinda like cold convassing but on a global electronic scale,

... oh and watch out out for pedo's

i disagree. you just need to know what to do.

simply making a myspace saying your a dj isnt going to do anything for you.

but to prove it is worth it ill use my mates for example.

they made their myspace, put up a minimix sample but as well as this they made some mash's with popular acapellas over stomping tunes (e.g a lil john vocal over a prodigy remix). and doing plenty of stuff like this, which keep people coming to your page.

in the few months they have been about theyve had over 25k hits, and picked up gigs along side ajax and anna lunoe.

so myspace is not dead. :)

not sure if this made sence......it did in my mind

I use it for promotional purposes, and let anyone add me!

I use Facebook just for people I know

I also agree it's a buggy site, it seems to take ages to do anything - and I'm on a fast computer with a 1500 connection
