legunner Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 karma again.i was wondering since the s4 only has one of those gold knob things that you connect ground wires too. would it be okay if i were to connect my 2 turntables' ground wires to that one knob? there doesn't seem to be any other way to connect them.thanks. lloydc Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 yep, it's just a grounding point. attach em both to that knob Quote
Ravni Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 just out of curiosity ur hooking up ur turnies to the S4 so wat do you just run conrtol vinyl off it through the S4 so u got 4 decks? if so sounds sweet Quote
legunner Posted May 4, 2011 Author Posted May 4, 2011 well i havent got the control vinyls yet but im just thinking about setting it up. but yes you can use 2 vinyl turntables with the s4 in traktor scratch pro.im thinking of not using the platters on the s4 for decks 3&4 and using them to control an extra parameter of the effects Quote
Ravni Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 koolies pretty versatile unit when you come to think of it Quote
legunner Posted May 4, 2011 Author Posted May 4, 2011 yeah definitely a potential buying factor for the s4 Quote

Gandy Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 i included my timecode vinyl with your audio 8 mate Quote
eggssell Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 of course cheaper way is to just buy the skratchy seal digital version and then use that with yer timecodes. think its about ten bucks. that way no flipping and bypassing. on the other hand these look cool. oh yeah much cheaper to buy straight from the thud rumble store than buy from stores here Quote
