Am I the only one that thought it (Melbourne) was shithouse?

Sound quality was crap.

Stages were crap.

Everything was crap.

Thank fuck I didn't pay for my ticket. I ended up spending 90% of my time at the Young Guns stage.

On a lighter note, I saw a young man with a striking resemblence to CBG.

He was having a ball by the looks of things haha.

Haha, that was just my opinion mate.

Watching the Mau5 from the back on the pavillion, there was a massive delay between the low and high ends of his tracks so it sounded like a constant trainwreck.

Also, make sure you see Nadastrom & Umek.

They ruled.

showgrounds always has shocking sound, i didnt even bother going because of the last stereo! i went to supafest and during the live sets you could talk to your mates with out any trouble at all, dont even have to raise your voice

perth was same. very poor. went only for only for Skrillex (thank you guest list!) and i couldnt enjoy it. the sound was shit PLUS the room was full of try hard faggets! im pretty sure people were only there for Scary Monsters and Cinema. but that's just Perth i guess. Nadastrom looked pretty bored here.

But having said all that, Future Music was the only festival that really went off this year. everything else died

The few small festivals we have up here in Cairns and Townsville its like $11 for a mid strength Rum, Smirnoff, Bourbon etc. Its fucked.

Oh and yes, also dogs.

Last year when I was in line to get in there was a guy dressed up in a old black and white striped prison outfit, along came the dogs and busted him. By far one of the most ironic and funniest things I have ever seen.
