There are differences in the nominal impedance, frequency response, max sound pressure level etc..Not huge differences but not the same. Quote
SolDios Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 That's wierd, :S all the replacement drivers say they suit sp 1 or 2 HD-25's? :S Quote
Mitch Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Yer the SP is a different, cheaper model. Not quite as good Quote
Scottie Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 I got Ultrasone HFI-580's, easy as hell to drive and emphasises bass without overpowering the rest of the frequencies. Quote

russell Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 I wish my sennys had a generic detachable cable like that :/what are you on about? Do you not have HD25's? If so they do have a detachable cable. Quote
andyman Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 I think he means with a 3.5mm jack on each end... Quote
russell Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 I think he means with a 3.5mm jack on each end...Is that what those things have? Why would be benefit anything? Just sounds too easy for the cable to get pulled out if it catches on something.EDIT: from the cup end i mean... Quote
Mitch Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 because sol manages to break cables.so having a 3.5mm would make it easier to replace. And your right about it getting yanked out from the headphones easily, although in some ways its better for a cable to get pulled out than damage the actual cable itself. Still unnecessary though Quote
