andythemusician Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 Why not something like I have? All in one rack, I have a mixer, CD decks, DMX controller and MIDI controller. All I need to hook up (for the basic gig) is the power, speakers, laptop and any lighting. With the same idea, you could put amps and driveracks and shit in the one rack, and be done with it. Power in, speakers out and you're laughing.Let me know if you want pics - they are around but I'll repost if you want. Quote
gcdj Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 i always liked the look of these with arcade button modhttp://www.djwarehouse.com.au/djgear/di ... ci100.htmlwith arcade button modhttp://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m298 ... C_0131.jpg Quote
eggssell Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 they are pretty much giving these away, then you just need a monitoryah check djtt how much a Vestax is and then get a cheap ass computer Quote
Funky_Steve Posted March 5, 2011 Posted March 5, 2011 I know it's been mentioned elsewhere, but this unit from Numark doesn't need a computer. Just plug in your amp & speakers and away you go.https://www.storedj.com.au/products/NUM-HDMIXUgly but effective and a relatively cheap option. Quote
Jaz Posted March 5, 2011 Posted March 5, 2011 honestly if you have no need/cash for a laptop that would be your best optionbuilt in hard drive and cd drive....what more could you need? Quote

Hobberz Posted March 5, 2011 Posted March 5, 2011 So you can get diamond stickers and use them to write your DJ name on your laptop so everyone thinks your sick whale. Quote

SolDios Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 :3 I have an audio line all in one, it features no waveform, no auto bpm, no effects (accept break) :3 only $250. haha its basic, but its good because it teaches me to manually beat match and mix tracks Quote
