Jaz Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 i dont think anyone currently is part of 1 man, but im pretty sure someone was once...just cant remember whojust a word of advice though, depending on how much gear you have or if your willing to spend the money, it might be better to go solo as you can charge your own price, pick your own gigs and hours, and play what music u want Quote
Cupe Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 there's a few people registered who own/run dj companiesthey just don't post muchcheck the Web Links section Quote
SourceRaver Posted February 12, 2011 Posted February 12, 2011 A friend of mine recently joined a Dj company. Hes been mobile Dj'ing for years and its his first company. He said he was suprised by the useful stuff he learnt. If your prepared to go through the 'training stage' (ie sometimes unpaid gigs just shadowing someone) then its probably worth joining up, learning everything you can and then going solo. Even more applicable if you havnt many public gigs under your belt. Quote
