Or paste the link to the image, highlight it and click the button above that says 'Img' and it will automatically append the tags.

and sometimes the url wont work, if so right click the picture and go copy image location

that always works

just make sure the url ends in the image type (ie the above example) and make sure there's no ? or = or some shit in the url
