I did years ago, got up early to get in when they opened but didn't buy anything. but that was years ago when cdj's were still new, might be better now with folks not holding onto their favourite records

yeah they have a $6 early bird before 10am, then $3 after that.

im still only going for hip hop 12s or old school LPs, cuz everything i can get electronically i pefer to get that. because i will likely rip these anywho for djing purposes (i dont like using the pass thru on tsp, have to fuck with gains too much). but if im just listening then i use the OG vinyl.

i noticed all new vinyl comes with free digital download these days, but new vinyl lps are like $40 a pop.

im a bit concerned in the egg records seems to be more of a rock record store, but i guess the fair is opened to all sellers.

i came i dug i broke.

this thang is massive. from record stores selling, to normal peeps selling, to collectors selling.

i made the mistake of going furthest away frm door as i thought most people will just turn left at the door and go in an orderly fashion. so i spent time looking at people perso stuff from the way back and then hardcore memorabillia that cost heaps. only to gt to the beginning and hip hop and edm was at the beginning!!! doh.

so by the time i got to the house and edm i was over digging and had no cash left. some dude had 3 big boxes of OG chicago house too!!! oh wells there is always the next one
