Jaz
i was on my decks 2-3 days ago, everything was working fine, packed them away in the roadcase, burnt a million CD's, pulled them out today to have a play and only 1 line out is working (White)ive tried different leads, different mixer settings, different speakers, even put the white side into the red slot and it still wasnt working so from process of elimination its gotta be the red master outwhat are my options here people?Im really pissed off right now

tubby
does it have a booth out or record out you could test to see if you get both channels? it is it just the sockets on master out or the entire output ?

tubby
probably a quick fix but you'll never find out until it gets opened up. not sure about that one but I could take the face plate of my 3000 easily enough to look around. pull caps off faders, 4 screws and that was it
Jaz
Ok so a week and a half and $150 later my mixer is fixedInvoice says "Dismantle Mixer, Locate Faulty Buffer Amp on Output + Replace, Assemble Unit"Does anyone know, would this affect the sound becuase i swear some songs sound different threw my speakers now & i now have to turn the Master Volume way up to get close to peak....and would it affect the sound that comes out threw my headphones because when im listening to the master output threw 1 ear and ch1 threw the other it sounds like the master is distorting or something...i dunno maybe im just being paranoid...FML

Jaz
not really, that will just create more problems, the main 1 being that it wont fit in my roadcase...i dont think
djarmed
prob would have cost that much at pioneer mate. If you're concerned take it back to the place you got it fixed and tell them that something is wrong with it. Or take it to your local dj store and ask them to test it next to an untouched djm400
djarmed
OR go on the pioneerdj forum and post the same thing their, someone might have a better explanation
Jaz
haha the local DJ shop is a 4 hour drive away, but yeh i might ask on pioneer
awesome88
take it back to the place you got it fixed and tell them they didn't fix it properly. Then when they try and charge you tell them that they only fixed what they should have in the first place that you paid for, grab it and walk out... what are they gonna do? call the cops?
