hey all, just wondering if anyone has any good songs to mix in with galvanize by the chemical brothers, it might just be me having a bit of a slow moment, but i can't find anything to mix it with,

hey man you talking the OG or a remix?

the orig is at 104BPM so fair bit of hip hop at 100BPM that would pitch up.

im thinking one of the many hip hop tracks chase & status did last year (has that kinda middle east/ indian qatar sound)

the lyricist sounds like q-tip, so maybe grab one of his more up beat tracks.

heres a chase and status its at 117 but guess you can push it up a bit. im sure there was more where they used that middle east sound but nothing comes to mind

wow so much help, this is awesome lol.

well about myself, i started "trying" to dj today lol, just getting to know all the buttons etc (using a computer mixer atm) and had a bit of a play with stuff. So yeah, not really good at anything.

Those songs definitely seem to do alright,

I tried to use this song:

The BPM is similar just have to shift a bit, but hearing it myself it just didnt really seem to go, i ended up trying to use a backspin or brake on the mixer thing.

nah man im sydney. i dont play anywhere i just recently bought a bball for excercise and ive been having seshs at a local court. i want to find a cheap cruiser on ebay so i can ride up. havent played for a team since i stopped working in the city ages ago now. back then played lunch comps for my company that was awesome.

i have a mate who plays up there. he runs a gym in milton. not sure if he plays at auchenflower though
