Tomy Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 rad. i knew if i waited long enough it would be cheap. hahah. now i've just got to figur out how to use my kontrol 1 for 2 decks with traktor Quote
Cupe Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 should i buy this?i've had my heart set on serato Quote
eggssell Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 it all depends on what you want it for.if like me all you need is something to be a vehicle for your tunes, then yes get it.its simple as fug to use in absolute mode, and has the better sound card. Quote
Cupe Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 i wanna be able to scratch and shit tootraktor is just like serato right? timed vinyl and shit? Quote
eggssell Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 yes exactly yhe same. and according to the experts (qbert) traktor handles slow scratches much better!. but in reality unless you are qbert, it is exactly the same.one of the bug bears people say of traktor is its too complicated compared to serato.but if like me, all you do is load song and then thats it, everything is played just like playng vinyl. then it is exactly like serato. Quote
tubby Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 yes, does timecode just like serato. if you don't like the sync'ing, don't use it. don't want 4 decks, choose the 2 deck view. at this price I say jump on it fast. even if you decide you don't like it, once the special ends you could easily sell if for the same price.some folks are saying this might be done before they release a paid update to the S4 software version and a new soundcard. but you can be that'll be at full price if true Quote
lloydc Posted October 28, 2010 Author Posted October 28, 2010 i wanna be able to scratch and shit tootraktor is just like serato right? timed vinyl and shit?BUY THIS SHITbargain Quote

Cupe Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 is it cheap because it's going to be killed by a new product? Quote
lloydc Posted October 28, 2010 Author Posted October 28, 2010 is it cheap because it's going to be killed by a new product?probably the S4, but you need the whole controller for that.... and it's not going to be $350.BUY BUY BUY Quote
Cupe Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 so this includes everything? all the hardware? everything in one ready to go? Quote
eggssell Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 cheap to meet year revenue targets.they seem to have a sale around the same time ending 31 December. they must have year end at that time and have revenue targets. Quote
