my way of seeing it is free downloading is only gonna give the artists more exposure, push more people o their live shows and in turn get them more monay.

Exposure does give the artists more fame than record sales.

Have read this before, the only losers with pirating are the record companies that give struggling artists poor royalties anyway.

Artists got less exposure when walkmans came about way back and replaced boom boxes as only one person hears an artists song on headphones. but a whole street could enjoy (and later buy) an artists song with a boom box blaring.

oh, sorry i should of been more clear, i just ment that if im doing a party/club gig and someone comes up and asks for like original/radio edit of say taylor swift, ill just zippyshare it on the fly (gotta love internet tethering) and fuck giving her label my money when i wont ever play it again

anything else i get the majority of my music from beatport/juno
