I may have missed the game, but I wouldn't trust those speakers.

Spend the 2k all on decks and get logitech X530s to practice on - then you'll end up with 2 cdj400s and a decent mixer which will take you so much further.

As someone mentioned above, just hire the PAs for your first few gigs, cause otherwise you will end up replacing them soon anyway.
