Often see people quoting others posts and saying bump, or just saying bump on a thread in generall

im pretty familiar with forums but WTF IS BUMP!

Bump is just something to say... when you dont have anything else to say.

You do it because you want to 'bump' the thread, which means move it to the top of the forum, and to everyones attention.

"Hmm this thread seems to have gotten no attention (Like my latest tune thread), I'm going to bump it. What can I say... I know, I'll say bump!"

Get it?
