Hey all. Names Matt.

Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm very new to the DJ world. Been into the whole music scene for ages and wanted my own setup for ages but only just got the spare money to get started.

So far I've got myself a Hercules RMX to learn on. New Speakers soon.

Then once I get the feel for things will progress on to other gear.

O and don't worry, I am trying my hardest to practice "Beat Matching" without looking at the BPM etc. on Virtual DJ. Lol. As I don't want to be just another Noob who thinks he can but really can't. Lol

To answer some Q's...Im into anything you can dance to. House/electro/trance etc.

I'm loving the forum...enjoying sifting through all the info..and tutorials

welcome, to the forums man, good to see your trying to get as close to the original style of djing, even if you are using vdj:) we all start somewhere though man. keep at it though man, keep practising and saving for the setup you want.
