2 Sets of speakers from mixer

hey guys,

wondering if you can help:

i have a djm400 using master out 1 to some monitors and master out 2 for recording, but i have also a stereo with aux input at back (rca) and im wondering if i buy this:

will that mean that i can split my master out 1 so i can run 1 rca to monitors and 1 rca to stereo to give me more speakers more sound?

i think i do this too.. i have Male rca female 3.5mm and then a dual connector with 2x 3.5mm and a 3.5mm male with 2 sets of speakers running into it

Mixer output to my amp has more output than the output to monitors so I use splitters all the time for my sub also a two to one splitter as sub is mono input.

Looks messy but works. Can buy adaptors but puts a weight on the RCA output sockets on the mixer and they are getting loose.
