NI DJ2 won't disconnect

Hi Guys

Dont know if any of you have the same problem but when I go to disconnect the USB for DJ2 it wont give me permission to unplug.

It just freezes.

If I unplug anyway it freezes the PC totally and I have to do a force shutdown.

The only way to disconnect is to shut down the PC in the normal manner

disconnect the DJ2 usb and re start. I have the current version of Tractor Duo.

could be some other driver rooting up your NI software

i had that with video codecs, it'd crash explorer.exe cause the 2 codecs rooted each other

uninstalling one fixed it. so mebe google if it's that

Yes now that you mention it, I have two NI cards showing up on my request to disconnect pop up.

One has a audio icon and the other I dont recognise. Both wont respond to mouse clicks.

Will contact NI for advice
