House music done differently- built with guitar and keyboard through a loop pedal

What gear must be acquired to enhance this method of making house music?

Something that can house loops, so needs memory.

 

Obviously a keyboard/other instruments. Dude looks like he's using foot pedal to launch/pause stuff but you can use something like a launchpad.

 

Then you're just adding loops on top of each other over and over
