how long should/could you leave your mixer on.

recently ive connected my 2times shit computer speakers into my mixer and then into my audio 8. just wondering if anyhting would happen if i have it on for a long while?

ill turn it off when not using it. but what are somethings that can happen?

heatsink can overheat. Pretty rare on a quality mixer though, especially when its not processing sound. Also.. LEDs can go out lol. Ummm not to mention general power consumption.

The answer to your question is that you can leave it on for aaaages (weeks).

But my advice is dont, its just pointless and a waste of energy

i remember i forgot to turn it off one night went up the coast for a weekend, came back and it was still on, a little hot but nothing wrong with it

when you think bout it, these things are built to stay on for at least 4/5 hours with no dramas. id turn it off though coz the power bill wouldnt look too good lol

our club opens at 8 and closes at 6am on a good night, thats 10 hour
