Just interested if other mobile DJs use contracts? I know it is a big deal in America. What kind of things do you include in them?

Always use Contracts

- you will only go to court if the said client doesnt like things

and you may need to go chasing for money (because you didnt have a contract)

or they may take you to court because you didnt have a contract to get a refund from you for any reason they like to get you on (because there is no contract)

I have always used contracts period!

never been to court as its written via my lawyers

Normally I do my business on the down low. Not a single sound comes out of my speakers until the cash is in my hand. No refunds, all agreements are void if you ask for one direction...

Just google an existing contract and tailor it to your business. It's a great way to make sure you don't forget things in the contract.
