pill Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 Just interested if other mobile DJs use contracts? I know it is a big deal in America. What kind of things do you include in them? Quote

DjDennis Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Always use Contracts - you will only go to court if the said client doesnt like things and you may need to go chasing for money (because you didnt have a contract)or they may take you to court because you didnt have a contract to get a refund from you for any reason they like to get you on (because there is no contract)I have always used contracts period!never been to court as its written via my lawyers Quote
FabDJ Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 First time free drinks and a place to sleep overSecond time they want to pay me money. Quote

RichoKidd Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Yeah but I was gonna start a new one to ask then found this. lol Quote
Lurk6r Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Normally I do my business on the down low. Not a single sound comes out of my speakers until the cash is in my hand. No refunds, all agreements are void if you ask for one direction... Quote
SourceRaver Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Just google an existing contract and tailor it to your business. It's a great way to make sure you don't forget things in the contract. Quote
RichoKidd Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 Yeah I found one. I edited it so its more Australian. Might upload it so anyone else looking for one can use it as a template Quote
