i absolutly hate playing tracks i dont like,

weve almost been banned from playing in wollongong because we didnt play mainstream and some close friends of ours who are alot bigger then us actually were banned, they had to have a meeting with RDL(guys who run wollongong nightlife pretty much) to get permission to play at event my friends are putting on, think its all sweet now haha.

when we get asked to play more mainstream, we dont, we stop playing full on bangers, and we will go a little more chilled, like drop some funky house or jacking house, which is fine with me, i fukin love hijack, he has been in my top 5 producers/dj's for the longest period of time, others come and go but he has been there from the start.

im going to stop because im completely off topic and just rambling on at my own will haha.

Because generally humans like shit. People are caught by a hook which most popular artist are good at making or good at paying other people to make for them, mainstream audience hear this song on the radio, gets stuck in their head, they sig it all day then go buy the shit when they get home. No matter how shit the song is, if there is something catchy in it, chances are a lot of people are going to like.

Until the Rob Swire remix of ghosts n stuff came out most ppl didn't have a clue about deadmau5 how long had ghosts n stuff been around dec 04? Not saying I hate the new track but same deal a few lyrics and some pop radio exposure and now it's in all the clubs just like any other m.o.s. annual music...not saying i hate all that etha, but I fear his music will change now and we will just see more pop from him, I hope im wrong.
