maybey there should be a minimum post count before you can use the buying selling thread as in to stop people from joining up just to sell their gear and not add anything to the forums IMO

some sites have a similar system in where you must make a minimum amount of posts or contribute a certain amount before you can get back.

But yeah, these sites of 10s of thousands of members

i only suggested it because i had a look at the post count of most the topic starters in there and its pretty low
