Cupe Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 Not just Soundcloud getting raped http://mashable.com/2017/06/27/twitter-suspends-the-fader-account/ Twitter has suspended accounts of music lifestyle/news publication The Fader along with several other music-centric blogs. On Tuesday morning, Twitter users began posting the hashtag #FreeFader to show support for the publication and confusion about the account's absence on the social platform. As the day went on, other sites such as 2DOPEBOYZ, Hip Hop N More, and Pigeons and Planes — a publication owned by Complex — also revealed their accounts had been suspended. Quote
LabRat Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 Copyright is getting outrageous now. I get it but it seems like these big wigs have way too much power now Cupe 1 Quote
BeatLeSS Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 Just watched the documentary Nobody Speak on Netflix the other night regarding journalism and freedom of speech being overseen by the people with enough money to drag free press down. Definitely sounds like it's starting to hit the copyright industry just as hard now. Cupe 1 Quote
