Actuatedkarma Posted October 4, 2016 Posted October 4, 2016 Hey lads, I'm kinds new to this whole turntablist thing, but I've been using a controller for a while now. I've got CDJs, a mixer, and one record player, all im missing is some vinyl, im having to make-do with what I can find in op shops and the like. Basically the question is, wheres the go to spot in Melbourne for some old hip hop records or acapellas? Cupe 1 Quote
Mitch Posted October 4, 2016 Posted October 4, 2016 What side of Melbourne are you on? I don't shop for hip hop, but off the top of my head you could probably try: City - Wax Museum Plug 7 - Fitzroy Northside records - Fitzroy Record fairs are probably the best bang for buck though, you can check here https://www.facebook.com/Melbourne-Record-Fairs-240598775951288/ I went to the kew one and it was pretty good.
