What do djs use the laptops for when play live? what programs do they use? do they mix with the laptop also? or do u import songs from the laptop to the cdjs? can the laptop be used as a mixer then from the computer go out to the speakers? CBG Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 Some DJs will use a DVS such as Serato or Traktor and some will use Ableton Live like Deadmau5. Any DJ that plays live with VDJ... is not a DJ.Ohh and some ppl (me one day hopefully) will use Traktor with a midi mixer and run samples and loops directly off their pc. Quote
