eggssell Posted April 29, 2015 Author Posted April 29, 2015 hi reviving this, as i know a lot of you cats know your way around 'putersanyways, i have an old asus, was still working perfectly well and at great speed. only retired it because the battery was well gone, as were the battery chargers (i.e. a new battery wasnt helping).i was thunking as i dont need this software other than at home, could i fry this machine and then load windows 10 beta(http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/preview-iso)or would there be hardware incompatibilities?the laptop is an asus circa 2006. sorry dont have specs on hand but from memory it was the second gen dual cores Quote
