I liked the text on the right, fading doesn't really need to be too much at the top/bottom i don't think and can you make the text a little darker shaded to stand out a litlte more?

The banner has to be no more than 60px high

No more than 600px wide

And it needs to not have harsh or faded edges (which still look harsh)

ok no worries, now that i have the dimensions i can and an idea of what it looks like with the background i can work on it more

Resized it as best i could (photoshop has been freezing on me), it is slightly transparent, i got rid of the faded edges, can edit further if you want
