want to do my first remix... halp plz

So I got an idea of a remix I wana do.

just wanting aby direction on threads to check out and some tips

Want to do a minimal bounce kinda track. No idea where to get the "beats" or what to creatr the track.

It's probably good to start with some drum samples / drum synth. The minimal basslines seem pretty easy to make in massive.

Firstly, I'd lay out a drum pattern with the track you're remixing. If you're using the original song roll off the bottoms so the kick is pretty faint - you won't get rid of the music totally but once you start filling it up with your own channels it'll seem like it's gone. Reference a few minimal tracks and use it to help structure your own.

Hit up YouTube for any sort of tutorials too, or you can shoot me a message and I can give you a hand.

Play around with chopping sections and put in your bassline and percussion stuff. Once you start to hear something take shape you should be able to flow into it nicely
