Kodiak
So finally had my first ever go at mixing live to an audience (of Beatless, Scottie, Spitfire and not sure who else). Ran out of my songs I had actually lprepared at the 1 hour mark and was totally winging it for the next hour with no clues on any cue points or even what some of the songs were. But I was having fun.Starts with some old skool hip hop inspired Nu Disco, House and quite a bit of Tech House rounding out my 2 hours with coming back to some funk.I'm now looking forward to being a semi regular on the the FNCP/SACP roster if people are happy to have me on.orhttp://mixlr.com/drc1/showreel/breaking-the-cherry-2/There are some rough bits.. Some definite "ahh fuck it" moments towards the end. The joys of live, un-prepared mixing.
